Arrival in TANA
One of our team will meet you at the international airport and transfer to your hotel. On the way, we will already see the life style of Malagasy people who live in the center. We will have an opportunity to take pictures of different places likes small typical groceries on the way, especially the street food selling in every corner.

TANA-ANTSIRABE (street of vegetable)
In the morning, we will bring you to the extraordinary place to take your first breakfast typically Malagasy like rice with vegetable accompanied with kitoza (dry meat) or Malagasy sausage …On the way, we will visit a small place known for their sweety delicious national snack named « Koba » and after we carry on our way in the street of vegetable because Antsirabe is famous for its plantation of vegetable like carrot, potato ... But before reaching our destination we will stop and visit the Foie Gras restaurant and taste their speciality in Behenjy.
Free lunch in Antsirabe and in the afternoon we will discover and admire the colorful market of Antsenakely and we will see its particular street food like the famous « Look’s » (head of pig ), bread of dry meat and Antsirabe too is known for its production of milk and itscheesequality.

ANTSIRABE-AMBOSITRA-FIANARANTSOA (street of rice and local rhum)
After breakfast, we leave the hotel and continue our way to the south highland or the street of rice and the local rum. Every Malagasy eat rice because it’s our main food that is the reason why we have beautiful vast rice fields, especially on the way. That place produces the best quality of local rum made by sugar canne, we will see how they make it in Ambositra and taste it. Every place where we pass, we will discover different tasty Malagasy snacks such as composé with vegetable bread or nem and sambos, Sandwich … Possibility to buy in Ambositra for takeaway .
On the way there are malagasy hotely «Restaurant »where we will have lunch obviously rice with delicious Malagasy side dish « laoka » like zebu, duck, chicken cooked in Malagasy way . And then we carry on to the destination for our delicious dinner.

FIANARANATSOA-MANAKARA (streetfoods)
After breakfast, we will take the FCE train the way which links Fianarantsoa and Manakara in the southeast. It’s an exciting adventure because we will travel with an extraordinary Malagasy train dated during the colonization and enjoy the savor of the street foods in each station. We will appreciate all of the different taste of street food during the trip until the destination. This is the best opportunity for memorizing by taking pictures of the pretty scenery and the sellers who sell their local products

MANAKARA (place of seafood)
After breakfast, we will go to the local market to see the fresh seafood with its different color like the prawn… The most of the prawn sellers in the highland bring it from there, so we are lucky to taste it in the place. We will see too its richness of different fruits at the market. Manakara is rich for it’s exotic fruits, for example the famous litchi of Madagascar.
Lunch in the typical Malagasy restaurant with its specialty for cooking prawn and seafood with delicious sauce. And the afternoon we will discover their street foods in the city until the beach.

MANAKARA-NOSY VARIKA (Street of shellfish )
In the morning, after the delicious breakfast, we will reach Nosy varika by boat and cross the famous Pangalana channel built during the French period.
We call it street of shellfish because we will taste the big delicious crayfish, possibility to hunt with the local people. Imagine already we prepare and eat it after hunting in Nosy varika.
Nosy Varika is a small village in the north of Manakara.
Lunch with the local people and the afternoon , we will discover the typical snack in the place like the « kadaka » , its green banana or cassava cooked with peanuts or with delicious zebu meat. Don’t worry, we will taste all

NOSY VARIKA-IFANADINA - RANOMAFANA (Street of coffee and fruits)
In the morning, we already smell the original east coffee prepared by the local people and they serve it with a cute small malagasy cup and cassava cooked with water, sugar « kadaka » and sweet banana.And after, we carry on our way and stop in Ifanadina for tasting other delice. On the way until our destination, we will enjoy our eyes seeing the different colorful fruit on the street, maybe in the small place or brought by the seller.
We will have Malagasy lunch prepared in the hotel at Ranomafana, and in the afternoon we will visit the small village withtheirbeautifullandscape. We will appreciate the colorful snacks like the banana chips, sweet potatoes chips, taro chips and other in the splendid nature…

RANOMAFANA- FIANARANTSOA (street of pork meat with cassava leaves)
In the morning, wewill take breakfast like pain au raisin, croissant…with tea, coffee or Malagasy milk under the sound of the nature. Afterwe continue ourway to findanother taste. As soon as we arrive in Fianarantsoa, we go to the traditional market of zoma where we will see fresh foods for our lunch .Obviously we will prepare pork with ground cassava leaves together and we will teach you how to cook it. It’s typical side dish here in Madagascar.
At 4pm, wewill show you one place specialized in making sambos and nem with zebu barbecue (tsakitsaky Malagasy).
